We are in receipt of your recent FedEx package, for which I thank you.

In accordance with your request to Dave Rand dated February 18, 2002,
enclosed we return you the DUL, in the form and content as you brought it
to MAPS. Please note that although the contract mentioned in Paul Vixie's
email to you of December 7, 1998, was never in fact drafted or executed,
and is therefore nonexistent, we are still fulfilling your request. Of
course, the DUL which we are returning to you is separate and distinct from
the "MAPS DUL", which we have, with your knowledge, assistance and
acknowledgment, service marked, and in which we have full copyright, it
having been developed wholly by MAPS' own efforts, which include any and
all work performed by you while in MAPS' employ.
