Acceptable Use Policy

Pacific Bell Internet Services offers a variety of services which may be grouped into two general categories:

• Dedicated service accounts
  Includes Dedicated Access (Frame Relay, SMDS, DS1, DS3 and ATM), LAN ISDN and Web Hosting services
• Dial-up service accounts
  Includes standard modem dial-up access, ISDN individual dial-up access, Extra E-Mail Boxes and Aliases, Personal Home Pages and Roaming services

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all our services. However, certain provisions may only apply to a specific type of account. For your convenience you can select the version that governs your account.
